Option 1	Joining Fee including annual subscription ($355 Senior, $137 Junior)
Option 2	Work Party attendance plus annual subscription ($220 Senior, $50 Junior) If choosing option 2, please indicate preferred work party to attend. Confirmed dates are provided at least two months prior.
